All of our products are prepared and dispatched from our offices in the UK, we aim to dispatch your product within 3 working days.
All of our products are shipped using Royal Mail from the United Kingdom.
Delivery to the UK is shipped via 2nd Class Mail, in 3 to 5 working days.
Delivery to Europe is shipped via International Standard, in 3 to 7 working days.
Delivery to the rest of the world is shipped via International Standard, in 5 to 7 working days.
All delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays that are made once the product has been shipped.
Returns & Refund Information
We base our returns & refund policy on each individual sale. Returns will only be valid if the product is returned in original condition, with labels attached. Refunds will be at the discretion of LZ7 & LIGHT (LZ7's Organisation). Customers will need to cover the cost of returning any item unless otherwise stated.
Checkout & Payment
All checkout processes are made through a secure system through our host wix, which hosts our online store & website. Customers will need to supply a valid email address, where all purchase information will be sent. Payments are made securely either through PayPal or Stripe.

Size & fit
Each product fit is different, depending on the style of the product. Each product is detailed on the individual page, to try and give a good idea of the fit. We cannot offer free returns if your product doesn't fit correctly, so please contact us before you make a purchase and we can help you in more detail choose what size to go for.
Unexpected Error or Delay
Although we endeavour to keep our site up to date, there may be times where our website unexpectedly allows you to order a product that is unavailable. Please ensure you provide a current and valid email when purchasing to allow us to contact you in this case. If no contact can be made, a full refund will be given.
